Alisha graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in July of 2023 with honours. Prior to attending ACTM, she recieved her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from the University of New Brunswick.

Alisha uses a variety of techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, myofascial release, joint mobilizations, trigger point therapy, and stretching to create a treatment that is tailored to each client’s individual needs. Her extensive knowledge of the human body as well as her love for helping people has made her very passionate about the work she does, with the ultimate goal being to help her clients - both mentally and physically - through therapeutic massage.

Growing up in the small Village of Minto, New Brunswick, Alisha had to keep herself busy with board games, or by being outside. In her spare time, Alisha can likely be found playing Dungeons and Dragons with her friends. If she can’t be found, it’s because she is probably lost in the woods somewhere either camping, hiking, or simply laying in the moss with her dog.
